What is it about weddings that you love so much?

Besides from all the glitz and glam, I just love seeing a bride and groom who are happily in love, ready to start their new life together as husband and wife.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy going outdoors for a bike ride, playing sports and playing guitar

BEGITTA

In a nutshell, who are you and what do you do?

The label Begitta is a beautiful fusion between Girly, Feminine and Elegant Chic. We believe that it should be an absolute honour to create a special piece for a special occasion and wish to ensure that each clients experience is an unforgettable one. Designer Begitta Stolk is known for her distinct style of couture construction, working with her signature draping and hand finishings creating works of art and stepping out of the box and into a wonderland of glorious love and devotion.

What is the most unique thing you’ve seen at a wedding?

I love brides that have a unique touch for their something: old, new, borrowed & blue.

I’ve just done a STUNNING wedding gown where our gorgeous bride Ali had her pockets lined in beautiful blue velvet (for an overseas winter wedding) – such a lovely touch and so creative!

What do you do in your free time?

I love to take my puppy for a walk, watch a movie in my pjs or read a book. The beach is also a favourite when I can make the time on a sunny day!

JUDY COPLEY

In a nutshell, who are you and what do you do?

Judy Copley Bridal creates unique bespoke gowns, designed, stitched and embellished by hand. Judy works from her home studio in Golden Beach “ I love the coast and feel so lucky to be able to work here .” I am grateful for my gorgeous little studio space which is evolving with my label. It is a joy to be working amongst all the gorgeous, luxurious fine things that go with designing and creating a gown. I love my gorgeous brides and feel it is such an honour to be trusted with the task of creating their dream gown.

What is it about weddings that you love so much?

I love that a wedding is a culmination of someone’s dreams and ideas. It is a time when all is at its best , where memories are made and are a celebration of life love and laughter.

What do you do in your free time?

I love the outdoors, cycling, dancing, kayaking, enjoying the Coast, fine dining, walking Bribie beach

IVIE WHITE

In a nutshell, who are you and what do you do?

I design and create handmade bridal hair pieces, veils and accessories.

What is it about weddings that you love so much?

I love the beauty of it – I’ve been in the industry for 10 years now and adore all of the amazing laces and fabrics I come across.  I also love making and designing things so this job allows me to create something beautiful for someone who can appreciate it.

If you were a colour, which colour would you be, and why?

I think grass green because it is natural, calm and peaceful.
